Free Tournaments are ideal for community events, schools, academies, and local competitions. They include essential tournament management tools such as scheduling, fixtures, brackets, and basic scoring. Pro Tournaments unlock advanced features including registration fee collection, live scoring, participant check-in, notifications, sponsor branding, galleries, SEO visibility, and much more.

Can I start with a Free Tournament and upgrade later?

No. You can purchase and run individual Pro Tournaments without committing to a monthly subscription. Organizations running frequent events may benefit from Pro Organization plans where you get 1,000 Pro Tournaments.

Is there a monthly subscription required?

No. You can choose the plan that best fits your needs and upgrade or change your subscription as your requirements evolve.

Do I need a Pro Tournament for every event?

Only if you require advanced features. Many organizers run smaller events using Free Tournaments and upgrade only their premium, revenue-generating, or high-profile events to Pro.

Tournament Formats

Which tournament formats are supported?

All plans support popular tournament formats including Knockout (Single elimination, Double elimination), Round Robin, Group + Playoffs, and Custom Fixtures. Pro Tournament additionally supports Team play formats, Championship formats, and Advanced scheduling rules.

What are team play formats?

Team play formats are designed for team vs team competitions through a series of individual matches known as a Tie. Each Tie includes singles, doubles, mixed doubles, or other formats, and the winner is decided based on the cumulative results of all sub-matches played between the two teams.

What are Championship Formats?

Championship formats are designed for multi-sport and multi-category events like olympics, school games, university meets, and corporate sports festivals. In a championship, multiple teams or Organization participate, with each category running its own tournament format. Teams earn points based on their performance, which contribute to an overall championship standings table, and the overall champion is decided by total points across all events.

Which tournaments should use Team play or Championship formats?

Use Team play when teams compete directly against each other in matches and the winner is decided by the combined results of those matches. Use Championship when multiple sports or categories are involved, where teams earn points across events and an overall winner is decided based on total points.

Can I collect registration fees online?

Yes. Online registration fee collection is available with Pro Tournaments, allowing you to collect payments securely through integrated payment gateways with automated participant registration.

Can participants register online?

Yes. Participants can register online through a dedicated tournament registration page. Pro Tournaments also support custom registration forms, online fee collection, waivers and consent forms, and automated registration management.

What payment methods do you support?

We support popular payment providers such as Stripe and Razorpay, depending on your region. Additional payment integrations may be available for Enterprise customers.

Is Live Scoring included?

Yes. Live Scoring is available with Pro Tournaments. Free Tournaments include basic scoring only.

Can I send updates to participants?
